Bradley L. Kirkman is the General (Ret.) H. Hugh Shelton Distinguished Professor of Leadership and Department Head of the Department of Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research focuses on leadership, international management, virtual teams, and work team leadership and empowerment. He was formerly the Foreman R. and Ruby Bennett Endowed Chair in Business Administration in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He has held visiting professor positions in the Department of Management and Organizations at the University of Western Australia in 2006 and the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University in 2012. His articles have appeared in such journals as the Academy of Management Journal, the Academy of Management Review, the Academy of Management Executive, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of International Business Studies, and Leadership Quarterly. In 2014, he was elected as a Fellow of both the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association. He was an Associate Editor for the Academy of Management Journal from 2005 to 2008 and is a current Editorial Board member for AMJ, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Organizational Psychology Review. He also received Outstanding Reviewer Awards from AMJ in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2008, and 2011. He has conducted research, presented papers, and taught in several countries including Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Dubai (UAE), England, Finland, France, Israel, Mexico, the Netherlands, the People’s Republic of China, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the United States. |

Michael D. Johnson is an Associate Professor of Management and Organization, and the Boeing Company Endowed Professor of Business Administration, in the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Michigan State University in 2006. He has previously served on the OB Division’s Social Media and Making Connections committees. Wladislaw (Wlad) Rivkin is an Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior at Trinity Business School. He has completed his Ph.D. at the Technical University of Dortmund. Before joining Trinity College Dublin, he worked at the Leibniz Research Centre for Working Environment and Human Factors in Germany, and at Aston University in the UK. Wlad’s research agenda focuses on how to maintain and improve employees’ health, well-being, and effectiveness from stressors, which require employees’ self-regulation. He has vast expertise in applying experience sampling methodology (i.e. daily diary studies) and multilevel research. His research was published in leading journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. Wlad has a track record as a PI of several research projects funded by national governments, Industry, and the European Union. These projects focused on developing and evaluating organizational interventions to facilitate employee effectiveness involving leadership training and work design. He is currently leading the Diversity Innovation Support Scheme for SME (DINNOS) project funded by the European Union’s H2020 program. |

Laura Erskine is Acting Adjunct Professor of Health Policy and Management and Director of the MPH Programs in Health Policy and Management at UCLA. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and her MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Her teaching interests are in the area of healthcare, organizational behavior and leadership. Laura's research interests include the meaning of relational distance in leader-follower relationships, leadership in virtual settings, and emergent leadership in the context of collective action. Laura is an active member of the Academy of Management. She is the Logistics Coordinator for the Network of Leadership Scholars and is a past-President of the New Doctoral Student Consortium. Following her MBA studies, she worked as a management consultant for A.T. Kearney, in a variety of marketing and strategy roles at Disney Online and FirstLook.com, and as a co-founder of Eureka Review, a Los Angeles-based SAT tutoring company. |

Jessica Methot is an associate professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. Eean R. Crawford is an Associate Professor of Management and Organizations and Director of Graduate Studies of Management and Organizations in the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. He received his doctorate in management in 2011 from the University of Florida, and his MAcc and B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 2006. As a Henry B. Tippie Research Fellow, he conducts research on employee engagement, team effectiveness, leadership, and personality. His research has been published Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, and Journal of Applied Psychology. He is an editorial board member for the Journal of Applied Psychology, and a member of SIOP and the Academy of Management (OB, HR, and RM divisions). His research has been recognized with SIOP’s 2012 William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award and the AOM HR Division 2014 Scholarly Achievement Award. from the Human Resources Division of the Academy of Management. This award was given to the authors of the most significant article in Human Resource Management published in 2013. He has consulted with numerous organizations about their team effectiveness including HNI, ACT, Panda Restaurant Group, the Veterans Health Administration, the United States Marine Corps, Modine Manufacturing, Acciona Wind Power, and ITA Group.

Elizabeth (Beth) Campbell is a Lawrence Research Fellow and Assistant Professor of Work and Organizations at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management where she teaches management and leadership development. In 2019, Poets & Quants recognized her as a top 40 Under 40 Best Business School Professor. Her research focuses on interpersonal interactions in workgroups with particular focus on the hidden consequences that high performers spark for themselves, their peers, and their teams. She currently serves on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Personnel Psychology. Campbell has served the OB Division in a variety of ways, including conference reviewing, chairing sessions, speaking at consortia for doctoral students, leading the OB Ambassadors effort, and co-organizing the annual Productivity Process professional development workshop for the last six years. Prior to academia, she worked in consulting for Deloitte, where she advised and supported public sector and Fortune 100 leaders in their organizational design, leadership development, and change management efforts. |
